Kairo 4.-7.12.2011 

Eine anspruchsvolle Herausforderung - Das weltweit agierende Unternehmen DURAVIT betreibt in der Nähe von Kairo eine Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsstätte für Keramik- und Acrylprodukte im Sanitärbereich. Immer mehr Entwicklungen finden vor Ort und im Zusammenspiel mit anderen Ländern statt  - Koordination und abgestimmtes Vorgehen ist wichtig.

Gemeinsam mit ElektronikIngenieur Andreas Wöhrle, verantwortlich für die Betreuung der Projektmanagementsoftware gelang es Jürgen Boss, agyptischen Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsingenieuren den Nutzen zielorientierter Entwicklung nach Projektmanagement-Methodik schmackhaft zu machen. 

Daneben standen auch Inputs zu lösungsorientiertem Denken und Handeln auf dem Programm. Die Teilnehmer überraschten mit hohem Engagement und grosser Wissbegierde.

Allen Unkenrufen zum Trotz war es in und um Kairo sehr ruhig und entspannt - angenehme Menschen und friedvolle Atmosphäre.

 

 Projectmanagement in an Arabian Country 

A demanding challenge - 

DURAVIT a worlwide company for bathrooms runs a development and production site for ceramic and acrylic products  near Cairo. More and more products are developed on site and in cooperation with other countries. Coordination and concerted action is becoming important.

Together with Andreas Wöhrle,an electronic engineer, responsible for the support of project management software Jürgen Boss succeeded to convince Egyptian design and manufacturing engineers for the benefits of goal-oriented project management.

In addition there were also inputs for "solution-focused thinking and action".

The participants were inspired and showed great curiosity.

Despite of all predictions, it was calm and relaxed in and around Cairo,  - nice people and a peaceful atmosphere.
